Clinical Pilates (Core, Strength & Mobility)
Physio-ledLow-impact flexibility, muscular strength and balance training using Pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze table, exercise ball) or mat classes with bodyweight and minimal equipment. Individualised programs specific to functional goals and musculoskeletal concerns. Supervised by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to improve motor control, coordination, breathing, endurance, strength, postural movements and balance.
