Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Mat Pilates
No machine needed — just your mat and your body weight. Mat Pilates strips it back to the fundamentals: core strength, spinal health, and mindful movement. A deceptively challenging class that builds real functional strength from the inside out. Great as a standalone or paired with your reformer sessions.
Reformer Pilates
Low impact, high results. Our Reformer classes use the spring-based resistance of the reformer — along with props like the box, jump board, hand weights, circle, and ball — to build full-body strength, improve posture, and increase mobility. Every exercise is intentional.
Barre
Ballet-inspired, but don't let that fool you. Barre is an intense, low-impact class that targets the muscles you didn't know you had. Using the barre for balance, you'll work through small isometric movements that fatigue the legs, lift the glutes, and sculpt the whole body. No dance experience required.
Barre & Mat
The best of both worlds. This class pairs barre work — small, targeted movements at the barre that fire up the legs, glutes, and core — with mat-based Pilates sequences for deeper strengthening and lengthening. Expect to shake, then stretch.
ABG — Abs, Butts & Guns
Exactly what it says on the tin. ABG is a targeted strength class using weights and resistance bands to work the three areas people want most — core, glutes, and arms. Fast-paced, focused, and effective. Modifications are always available.
Flow & Restore Yoga
Move and unwind. Flow & Restore begins with a gentle, flowing sequence to warm the body and build mindful movement, then transitions into restorative postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling completely reset. The perfect class for recovery days.
Vinyasa Yoga
Breath meets movement. Vinyasa links postures together in a continuous, flowing sequence — building heat, strength, and focus with every transition. Each class is different, keeping your body and mind engaged. Our instructors offer modifications.
Vin Yin Yoga
Two practices, one class. The first half is Vinyasa — a dynamic, breath-led flow that builds heat, strength, and coordination. The second half slows right down into Yin — long-held, passive postures that work deep into the connective tissue and joints. Together, they create balance.
