Reformer Evolve
Advanced pilates class for enthusiasts ready for challenge, incorporating familiar and new movements. Requires good Reform class experience.
Powerhouse Sweat (Hot Mat)
Most popularHigh-intensity mat pilates with heart-pumping twist, incorporating weights and cardio. All muscle groups pushed to limits with infrared heat at approx 36 degrees. Modified options offered by trainers.
Powerhouse Classic (Hot Mat)
Classic matwork pilates with dynamic edge, drawing on functional fitness and conditioning. Total body toning with thoughtfully used props. Heated to approx 36 degrees.
Power Yoga
Dynamic vinyasa yoga harmonizing breath and movement with strength and intention. Incorporates heat and builds toward a peak pose. Suggests prior yoga experience or starting with Stretch and Flow.
Stretch & Unwind
Focuses on stretching, breathwork and meditation emphasizing flexibility and control. Yoga-inspired movements enhance mobility while building mental strength. Heated to 26–30 degrees. Pregnancy friendly upon notification.
