Pilates Circuit

Designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability by moving through different equipment stations. Each station targets different areas with emphasis on proper form, technique and progressions.

Mat Pilates

All levels

A practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through full-body exercises using body weight as resistance. Exercises can be modified for beginners or progressed for advanced practitioners.

Stretch, Breath and Unwind

A shorter class focused on stretching, breathwork and relaxation.
