Yoga

Reformer Pilates
Tone and strengthen with the Pilates Reformer machine, a flatbed with pulleys, springs and a sliding platform designed to create a wide array of push, pull, balance and strength exercises. Mums and Bubs classes also available.
Functional Strength
A dynamic strength-endurance session using functional moves, controlled bursts of effort, and mobility work to help you feel stronger, steadier, and ready for everyday life. No-nonsense fat burning workouts.
