Yoga

Hatha Yoga using postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility. Through alignment and mindful actions, it brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Reformer Pilates

All levels

Tone and strengthen with the Pilates Reformer machine, a flatbed with pulleys, springs and a sliding platform designed to create a wide array of push, pull, balance and strength exercises. Mums and Bubs classes also available.

Functional Strength

All levels· 40 min

A dynamic strength-endurance session using functional moves, controlled bursts of effort, and mobility work to help you feel stronger, steadier, and ready for everyday life. No-nonsense fat burning workouts.
