Private Sessions
Tailored one-on-one sessions with initial consultation to identify problems and goals. Uses full complement of Pilates equipment and exercises. Best for anyone with current pain, significant or acute injury, or those preferring one-on-one supervision.
Studio Sessions
Tailored class incorporating all equipment, moves and expertise of a private session, shared with up to three other participants. Exercises designed specifically for you. Best for those with specific goals or complex history wanting regular sessions as part of health routine.
Group Classes – Reformer
General all-over group workout using Reformer as main equipment, with bands, balls, weights and rollers for challenges. Available at Brisbane CBD studio only. Best for injury-free clients seeking well-supervised, challenging and fun group workout.
Group Classes – Mat Pilates
Mat-based workout using different poses, exercises and props to strengthen and tone whole body with focus on core and glutes. Builds strength, improved posture, balance and flexibility. Available at Brisbane CBD studio only.
