Private Sessions
Physio-ledOne-on-one tailored sessions using full complement of equipment. Targets individual needs and problems identified in initial consultation. Best for anyone with current pain, significant or acute injury, or those preferring intensity and supervision of working one-on-one.
Studio Sessions
Tailored class shared with up to three other participants incorporating all equipment and expertise of a private session. Exercises designed specifically for you with plenty of personal attention. Best for those with specific goals or complex history wanting regular sessions as part of their health routine.
Group Classes
General all-over workout using one main piece of equipment (Reformer or mat) with bands, balls, weights and rollers. Well-supervised, challenging, focused and fun. Best for anyone injury free looking for a well-supervised group workout.
Mat Pilates
Exercises primarily on a mat using different poses and props. Focus on core and glutes as main stabilising muscle groups. Delivers strength, improved posture, balance and flexibility with regular classes.
Reformer Pilates
Workout utilising reformer equipment with sliding bed, headrest, straps and foot bar using springs of different tensions. Allows endless range of moves targeting muscle groups for both strength and flexibility.
