Mat Pilates

Equipment-free class requiring core engagement. Small props may be added to increase challenge or provide support. Equally demanding as Reformer work.

Barre

All levels

Fusion of Pilates and ballet at the barre. Lengthen, strengthen and build flexibility using fun props like balls, bands and weights. You'll discover muscles you never knew existed.

Mums & Bubs

All levels

Gently ease back into exercise post-natal with your baby at your side (ages 6 weeks to walking). Focus on core strength, posture and upper body opening.

Move Studio

All levels

Small group (max 3 clients) with personalised approach. Each client works on individualised program using Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair and step barrel based on their goals and injuries.

Private 1:1

All levels

Fully personalised session with senior instructor designed around individual goals, abilities and body. Expert attention to form, technique and movement quality for recovery, athletic performance or faster results.

Corporate

All levels

Team building activity blending fun and fitness. Can accommodate up to 23 people using 8 Reformers and up to 15 Mat or Barre spots. Available as one-off or regular sessions.
