Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Baby & Me / Parent & Bub (0–12m)
NewSing, stretch, and bond with your little one. Nursery rhymes meet gentle movement for parents and bubs. Develops motor skills, movement, balancing, coordination, rhythm and musicality in a fun, inclusive and encouraging environment.
Creative Ballet (3–4 yrs)
Fun, creative introduction to ballet foundations. Builds independence, social skills, rhythm, coordination and motor development in a creative environment.
Creative Tap/Jazz (3–4 yrs)
Fun, creative introduction to tap and jazz style dancing. Two styles in one class. Builds independence, social skills, rhythm, coordination and motor development.
Foundation Ballet (4–6 yrs)
Structuring and formalizing creative techniques in ballet foundations. Inclusive and encouraging environment building musicality, rhythm, coordination skills, flexibility and endurance.
Pre-Junior Lyrical Ballet (6–9 yrs)
Learn and develop ballet fundamentals whilst exploring flowy expressive movements in a lyrical style. Builds musicality, rhythm, stamina, coordination skills, flexibility and endurance.
Foundation/Pre-Junior Tap & Jazz (5–9 yrs)
Learn technique and develop skills in tap and jazz styles. Two styles in one class. Inclusive environment for experienced and non-experienced dancers.
Junior Lyrical Ballet (9–12 yrs)
Learn and develop ballet fundamentals whilst exploring flowy expressive movements in a lyrical style. Builds musicality, rhythm, stamina, coordination skills, flexibility and endurance.
Junior Tap & Jazz (9–12 yrs)
Build and challenge technique and develop skills in tap and jazz styles. Two styles in one class. Builds musicality, rhythm, stamina, coordination skills, stretch, flexibility, endurance and choreography.
Adult Tap (16+ yrs)
Inclusive and supporting environment to learn tap dancing fundamentals and technique for adults. Benefits include cardio fitness, rhythm and timing, coordination, balance and a fun social weekly activity. All abilities and experience levels welcome.
Barre Pilates (16+ yrs)
A combination of the principals of Pilates, ballet and yoga fused to create an overall workout that tones and strengthens the body. Improves flexibility, control and endurance. No dance experience required; suitable from beginner to advanced. Freedom to bring children along.
