NewNext-level strength, flexibility and control using springboards with independent limb movement. Unlike reformers, springboards challenge each limb to work independently, enhancing balance and core stability. Classes limited to 5 participants for personalised attention.
Strength Circuit
High-intensity, strength-focused group fitness class designed to increase strength and endurance, and boost metabolism. Participants rotate through challenging exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements with modifications available for all fitness levels.
Pilates With Props - Mat Group Classes
Low impact exercises guided by highly experienced teacher using TheraBands, rollers, hand weights, magic circles and balls for extra resistance. Fun classes that mix it up each week as your body conditioning improves.
Private Sessions
Physio-ledOne-on-one or duo classes for those with injuries needing special attention or those looking for personalised strength training. Specific exercises designed for your needs working on all Pilates equipment with expert guidance.
