Hatha Yoga

Standard Hatha Yoga classes based on five points of yoga: proper exercise (Asana), proper breathing (Pranayama), proper relaxation (Savasana), vegetarian diet, positive thinking and meditation. Classes include yoga postures, exercises for strength/flexibility/balance, breathing exercises and guided final relaxation. Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

Seniors Yoga

All levels· 60 min

Dedicated hatha yoga classes designed for seniors. Held Wednesdays 9:00–10:00 AM and Thursdays 10:00–11:00 AM at Raceview Scout Hall. Same foundational practices as standard classes adapted for senior practitioners.

Satsang (Meditation & Mantra)

All levels

Monthly Friday evening or Saturday afternoon classes combining hatha yoga with Satsang meditation, mantra chanting, yoga philosophy and personal wisdom sharing.
