Reformer Pilates
Group Reformer classes blend traditional Pilates principles with a spicier tempo, focusing on technique and form. 1:4 instruction with group programming. Full-body, low-impact movement with exercises modified to suit experience and body.
Private Pilates
1:1 instruction with personalised programming. Tailored sessions for rehab, special conditions, pre & postnatal, beginners, athletic or recreational performance. All equipment access including Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Fuse Ladder, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Baby Arcs and small props.
Duo Pilates
1:2 instruction with personalised programming. Share a session with family member, friend, or staff. Access to large Pilates equipment with personalised program tailored to needs.
Semi-Private Pilates
1:3 or 1:4 instruction with personalised programming. Small group sessions giving access to large Pilates equipment with personalised program tailored to needs.
Teen Reformer Pilates
Low-impact strengthening classes designed to support growing bodies and bones. Develops body awareness and coordination, working entire body to enhance overall health and wellbeing.
Kids & Teens Private Pilates
Age-appropriate sessions (ages 6-17) focusing on building strength, coordination, and body awareness. Tailored to unique needs including managing conditions like Hypermobility, Osgood-Schlatter, or sports/dance training.
