Intro Class

Beginner· 30 min

Full-body introductory session with a talented instructor. Perfect way to experience Pilates and the studio's state-of-the-art equipment for the first time.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Safe and effective class for beginners to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master Pilates fundamentals, with modifications for those with physical limitations.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Builds on foundational practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises, coordinations, progressions, and balance challenges.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Inspiring and uplifting class that fully challenges body and mind. Moderate to fast-paced with quick transitions, advanced exercises, and dynamic strength, balance and stability challenges. Requires Level 1.5 experience and instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment with deep mind-body connection. Requires 3+ months Level 2 experience and instructor approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Reformer Flow

All levels

Signature contemporary Reformer class combining classical Pilates with a modern twist. Strengthens and lengthens entire body while improving balance and coordination, flowing between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class perfect for cardio enthusiasts. Jumpboard facilitates plyometric movement with customizable spring tension, creating aerobic workout gentle on joints. Proven to increase bone density. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates.

Center + Balance

All levels

Re-center and balance body with apparatus-assisted stretching. Light movement and deep stretching to leave you feeling long, loose and ready. Regular stretching reduces soreness, improves performance and decreases injury risk.

Control

All levels

Inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers, sculpts legs and glutes using Springboard. Incorporates Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Integrating standing functional movement increases strength, balance, stability and control for everyday life.

Restore

All levels

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release class combining Reformer movements with TriggerPoint therapy. Repairs muscles and joints, reduces soreness, increases performance and decreases injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnant individuals.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX suspension training system created by a former Navy SEAL. Stability challenges enhance strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent choice for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping Pilates adventure delivered in three progressive rounds. Dynamic full-body class combining strength, mobility and cardio across favourite Pilates apparatus. Perfect for those who love Reformer Flow structure but crave athletic edge with purposeful intensity.

Teen

All levels

Cross-training class for young athletes aged 14-19. Builds healthy habits, self-esteem, strength and coordination for growing bodies in fun, safe environment. Uses Reformer, Springboard and more with focus on proper movement and body alignment. Available at select locations.

Level 1 Foundation is ideal for those wanting a safe, effective introduction with focus on form and alignment. The free intro class provides a perfect first experience.
Advanced practitioners
