Intro Class

New
Beginner· 30 min

Free introductory reformer session designed to introduce clients to Pilates, the studio equipment and staff. Perfect for absolute beginners with no prior Pilates experience.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners wanting a safe and effective class to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Easily modified for those with physical limitations.

Reformer Flow

Most popular
Intermediate

Contemporary reformer-based class that strengthens and lengthens the entire body while challenging balance and coordination. Flows creatively between reformer, springboard, chair and mat.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Builds on foundation with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow. Introduces intermediate exercises, coordinated movements and balance/stability challenges.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class using the jumpboard for plyometric movement. Gentle on joints while providing aerobic workout. Proven to increase bone density.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Moderate to fast-paced class incorporating quick transitions and advanced exercises. Focuses on strength, balance and stability with dynamic challenges to elevate practice.

Center + Balance

All levels

Apparatus-assisted stretching class involving light movement and deep stretching. Reduces soreness, improves performance and increases blood flow.

Control

Intermediate

Standing-based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Uses reformer, springboard, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights to sculpt legs and glutes.

Restore

All levels

Combines reformer movements with TriggerPoint™ myofascial release therapy. Regenerates body, reduces muscle soreness and increases performance. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Combines reformer pilates with TRX® suspension training. Enhances strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping full-body class delivered in three progressive rounds. Combines strength, mobility and cardio across favorite pilates apparatus with athletic intensity.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Requires at least 3 months Level 2 experience. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Teen Cross-Training

Beginner

Designed for ages 14-19 to build healthy habits, self-esteem, strength and coordination. Focuses on proper movement and body alignment using reformer and springboard.

Free intro class and Level 1 Foundation specifically designed for those new to pilates with focus on form and alignment. Classes are easily modified for physical limitations.
Athletes and sports enthusiasts
Suspend class specifically designed for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists. Control and Circuit classes provide functional strength enhancement.
People of all ages and fitness levels
Studio philosophy states 'A class for everybody' with modifications available. Teen classes for 14-19 year olds also available at select locations.
Recovery and flexibility seekers
Restore and Center + Balance classes focus on stretching, myofascial release and mobility without high intensity.
Maybe not for you if… Not recommended if you have osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or are currently pregnant (for Restore class). Level 2.5 Mastery not recommended for those with physical limitations.
