Intro Class

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Safe and effective class for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Ideal for all fitness levels, easily modified for physical limitations, focuses on overall body awareness.

Level 1.5 Progression

Beginner

Builds on foundational practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady class flow, introducing intermediate exercises and coordinated movements. Requires prior Level 1 Foundation experience.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Challenging class incorporating quick transitions and advanced exercises. Moderate to fast-paced, focused on strength, balance and stability with dynamic challenges. Requires prior Level 1.5 experience and instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Advanced Pilates movements best achieved with deep mind-body connection from prior foundational experience. Requires 3 months Level 2 experience and instructor approval; not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Cardio Sculpt

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus-assisted techniques. Leave feeling long, loose and ready for the day. Reduces soreness and muscle fatigue, improves performance and decreases injury risk.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class sculpting legs and glutes at the Springboard. Uses Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Functional standing movement increases strength, balance, stability and control for everyday life.

Restore

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release using Reformer movements and TriggerPoint therapy. Regenerates body, reduces muscle soreness, increases performance and reduces injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnant individuals.
