Intro Class

New

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Safe and effective class for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focuses on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Easily modified for physical limitations and suitable for all fitness levels.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Build on foundational practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow. Introduces intermediate exercises, coordinated movements, progressions, and balance challenges. Requires Level 1 Foundation experience.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Inspiring class that fully challenges body and mind at moderate to fast pace. Features quick transitions and advanced exercises. Creates dynamic strength, balance and stability challenges. Requires Level 1.5 Progression experience and instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires at least 3 months in Level 2 Evolution and prior instructor approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class perfect for cardio enthusiasts. Uses Jumpboard for plyometric movement with customizable spring tension. Quick transitions and endless variations. Proven to increase bone density. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus-assisted methods. Leaves you feeling long, loose and ready. Regular practice reduces soreness and muscle fatigue, improves performance, decreases injury risk and increases blood flow.

Control

Standing-based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes using Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Enhances everyday life through improved strength, balance, stability and functional movement.

Restore

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release using Reformer movements and TriggerPoint therapy. Regenerates body, reduces muscle soreness, increases performance and decreases injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX suspension training. Created by former Navy SEAL. Enhances stability, strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists.

Circuit

Heart-pumping full-body class delivered in three progressive rounds. Combines strength, mobility and cardio across Pilates apparatus. Perfect for those seeking structure and precision with athletic intensity.

Teen

Beginner

Cross-training class for teenagers aged 14-19. Builds healthy habits, self-esteem, strength and coordination in a safe environment. Uses Reformer, Springboard and more to teach proper movement and body alignment. Available at select locations.

Absolute beginners
Level 1 Foundation is specifically designed as a safe entry point with focus on form and alignment. Free Intro Class offers 30-minute full-body introduction to the studio and equipment with an experienced instructor.
All ages and fitness levels
Classes are easily modified for physical limitations and designed for anyone regardless of age or fitness level.
Athletes and active people
Suspend class is excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists. Teen class available for young athletes.
Those seeking recovery and flexibility
Center + Balance and Restore classes focus on stretching, myofascial release and muscle regeneration.
