Intro Class

New
Beginner· 30 min

A free full-body session designed for beginners. Perfect introduction to Club Pilates' state-of-the-art equipment and reformer-based Pilates. No prior experience required.

Reformer Flow

Intermediate

Signature contemporary reformer class that strengthens and lengthens the entire body. Creative transitions between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and other apparatus ensure varied workouts.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Safe and effective class for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Easily modified for those with physical limitations and ideal for all fitness levels.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Build your practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises, coordinated movements, and balance/stability challenges.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Inspiring and uplifting class with moderate to fast pace. Incorporates quick transitions and advanced exercises with focus on strength, balance, and stability to create dynamic full-body challenges.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. For those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires at least 3 months experience in Level 2 and prior instructor approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio workout using the Jumpboard for plyometric movement against customizable spring tension. Full-body Pilates party with quick transitions and endless variations. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching with apparatus-assisted stretching. Helps re-center and balance the body, leaving you feeling long, loose, and ready. Reduces soreness, improves performance, and decreases injury risk.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes using the Springboard, Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights. Enhances everyday functional movement and strength.

Restore

All levels

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release combining Reformer movements with TriggerPoint™ therapy. Regenerates muscles and joints, reduces soreness, increases performance, and reduces injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX® suspension training. Challenges stability, strength, coordination, mobility, and balance. Excellent for athletes who run, golf, play tennis, or cycle.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping Pilates adventure delivered in three progressive rounds. Combines strength, mobility, and cardio across favorite apparatus. Perfect for those who love structure and precision but crave athletic intensity.

Teen Cross-Training

All levels

Class for teenagers aged 14–19 (available at select locations). Builds healthy habits, self-esteem, strength, and coordination in a fun, safe environment with proper movement and body alignment. Inquire with studio for availability.

Is Club Pilates Fortitude Valley right for you?

Absolute beginners
Free intro class and foundational Level 1 classes focus on mastering fundamentals with proper form and alignment, with modifications available for all fitness levels.
Athletes and active individuals
Multiple class options including Suspend (TRX fusion), Cardio Sculpt, and Control cater to runners, golfers, tennis players, and cyclists.
People seeking recovery and stretching
Center + Balance and Restore classes provide apparatus-assisted stretching and myofascial release for muscle recovery and injury prevention.
Teenagers
Teen Cross-Training class available for ages 14–19 with focus on building healthy habits and proper body alignment in a safe environment.
Maybe not for you if… Restore class is not recommended for those affected by osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or for individuals currently pregnant. Level 2.5 Mastery is not recommended for those with physical limitations.
