Safe and effective class for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Easily modified for those with physical limitations and ideal for all fitness levels.
Build your practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises, coordinated movements, and balance/stability challenges.
Inspiring and uplifting class with moderate to fast pace. Incorporates quick transitions and advanced exercises with focus on strength, balance, and stability to create dynamic full-body challenges.
Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. For those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires at least 3 months experience in Level 2 and prior instructor approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.
