Intro Class

Beginner· 30 min

Full-body introductory session with state-of-the-art equipment. Perfect for experiencing Pilates and the studio for the first time. Available free for new members.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Safe and effective class experience to build solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Easily modified for those with physical limitations and ideal for all fitness levels.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Continue building practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow. Introduces intermediate exercises, coordinated movements, progressions, and balance challenges. Requires Level 1 Foundation experience.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Inspiring and uplifting class that fully challenges body and mind. Moderate to fast-paced with quick transitions and advanced exercises. Focuses on strength, balance, and stability. Requires Level 1.5 Progression experience and prior instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Best achieved with deep mind-body connection from foundational levels. Requires 3+ months in Level 2 Evolution and instructor approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Reformer Flow

Contemporary Reformer-based class strengthening and lengthening the entire body. Creative flow from Reformer to Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring variety. Enhances balance and coordination with never-the-same-twice experience.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio workout using Jumpboard for plyometric movement. Gentle on joints with quick transitions and endless variations. Proven to increase bone density. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates.

Center + Balance

All levels

Apparatus-assisted stretching with light movement and deep stretching. Reduces soreness, improves performance, decreases injury risk, and increases blood flow. Leaves you feeling long, loose, and ready for the day.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class sculpting legs and glutes at the Springboard. Uses Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights. Enhances strength, balance, stability, and control in everyday life through functional training.

Restore

All levels

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release using Reformer and TriggerPoint therapy. Repairs muscles and joints, reduces soreness, increases performance, and reduces injury risk. Not recommended for osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX suspension training system. Enhances strength, coordination, mobility, and balance through stability challenges. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players, and cyclists.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping full-body class in three progressive rounds combining strength, mobility, and cardio. Perfect for those seeking structure and precision with athletic edge and purposeful intensity.

Teen

All levels

Cross-training class for teenagers aged 14-19 building healthy habits, self-esteem, strength and coordination. Fun, safe environment teaching proper movement and body alignment using Reformer and Springboard. Available at select locations.
