Intro Class

Beginner· 30 min

A free 30-minute full-body introductory session with a qualified instructor. Perfect for experiencing classical Pilates and the studio's state-of-the-art equipment for the first time.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master Pilates fundamentals. Easily modified for those with physical limitations and ideal for all fitness levels.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Continue building your practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises and balance challenges. Requires prior Level 1 experience.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Moderate to fast-paced class fully challenging body and mind. Incorporates quick transitions and advanced exercises with focus on strength, balance and stability. Requires prior Level 1.5 experience and instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. For those who have mastered form and alignment with deep mind-body connection. Requires 3+ months Level 2 experience and prior approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Contemporary reformer-based Pilates that strengthens and lengthens the entire body. Creatively flows between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring varied workouts each visit.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio class using Jumpboard for plyometric movements. Quick transitions and endless variations create an aerobic workout gentle on joints. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates. Increases bone density.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus-assisted stretching. Leaves you feeling long, loose and ready for the day. Reduces soreness and muscle fatigue, improves performance and decreases injury risk.

Control

All levels

Standing-based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes using Springboard, Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Increases functional strength, balance and control for everyday life.

Restore

All levels

Combines reformer movements with TriggerPoint™ therapy myofascial release for foam rolling and muscle recovery. Regenerates body and joints, reduces soreness and injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining classical Pilates with TRX® suspension training. Created by a former Navy SEAL, it enhances strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping full-body class delivered in three progressive rounds. Combines strength, mobility and cardio across favourite Pilates apparatus. Perfect for those seeking structure and precision with an athletic edge.

Teen

Beginner

Cross-training class for teenagers aged 14-19 building healthy habits and strong fundamentals. Builds self-esteem, strength and coordination in a fun, safe environment using Reformer and Springboard. Available at select locations.

The free Intro Class and Level 1 Foundation provide safe, effective entry points with focus on form and alignment.
All ages and fitness levels
Classes are easily modified and designed for anyone from experienced athletes to fitness beginners.
Teenagers
Dedicated Teen class builds healthy habits and movement foundations for young athletes.
Maybe not for you if… Maybe not for you if you have osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or are currently pregnant (restrictions on Restore class). Level 2.5 Mastery not recommended for those with physical limitations.
