Kettlebells

All levels· 1 hour

Uses kettlebells as a versatile workout tool combining strength and cardio training. Works on athletic physique development, fat loss, total body strength, explosive power, flexibility and conditioning. AKI accredited instructor teaches correct technique.

Fighting Fit

All levels· 1 hour

MMA-inspired workout using striking (punches, elbows, kicks, knees) with bags and focus mitts, combined with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, battle ropes, skipping and running. Designed to challenge cardiovascular fitness with high intensity training.

Outdoor Bootcamp

All levels· 1 hour

Mixed workout using running, crawling and jumping with multiple modalities including bodyweight, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, slam balls and agility ladders. Classes run circuits, ladders and HIIT format.
