Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
All Levels BJJ
Main training done in a completely live environment with no drilling. The game of Jiu-jitsu is broken up into slices and learners are given a range of problems to solve. Includes 1 hour of solid work with open rounds of sparring at the end. For beginners to advanced grapplers.
Beginners Program
Dedicated 8-week program where you will learn the basics and fundamentals of the art to prepare you for All Levels classes. The program constantly rotates so there is no need to wait.
Kids Program BJJ
Classes structured to give kids an opportunity to exert themselves, have fun and learn. Traditional aspects of martial arts remain - discipline and respect. Classes available for kids 4 years and up.
Pilates North
Built-in Reformer Pilates studio offering multiple classes per week, as well as private and semi-private sessions. Instructor is a Stott Pilates Teacher since 2010.
Pro Class
Designed for the grappler who wants to take their training more seriously. Training is done in a more professional manner with longer slices of the game and higher intensity.
Women's Only BJJ
Run by Coach Steph, this session is a great opportunity for female grapplers to train together. Helps bring the female team together while making it easier for new female grapplers to begin.
